I can't believe it's been almost a year since the last Reunion.  I enjoyed this one. I am having a good life thanks to my boyfriend of four years, Michael, and myriad other family members. My wonderful Mother, four sisters, one brother (a Westport Firefighter), two nieces, and six nephews. Then add to that some incredible friends and my yearly summer vacations to Cape Cod.

I have been living in Milford for the past 11 years, in a condo I own near the beach. I now work in the insurance field as a Life Insurance Assistant, for a major Insurance company.  I finally returned to college and obtained my Paralegal Litigation certification, and have worked as a Paralegal. I volunteer with the American Red Cross as a certified disaster relief worker and also with NAMI.

Since the last reunion, I met my favorite singer, Carly Simon, two summers ago at a private concert in New York City, and have begun to plan an October, 2008 trip to both Ireland and Italy. My fondest memories of high school were the Senior Banquet, Senior Ball and being a JV cheerleader.

Hello to everyone from the the beautiful green mountain state (VT)!

My husband Joe Hamilton and I moved here 27 years ago and we'll probably never leave. We have been married 28 years and have 2 wonderful kids, Kristy, 25, a Building Project Coordinator living in Arlington ,VA and Peter, 22, a senior at EastConn.
I have worked with the elderly for 9+ years, presently at an Adult Day Program, and Joe and I have owned our own building company since 1990. Needless to say, life is very good.

I have been living in Paris, France for almost ten years now. I manage an antique book shop on the Left Bank, probably the only shop in the world specializing in rare and antique medical and scientific books and instruments.

My son Lio, 9, plays the drums, does theater and tap dances – I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree! Or as we say in French, ‘les chats ne font pas des chiens.’ And it all started with high school French...

What would the class of ’76 do without Tony Procaccini and Debbie Kamlani ? Thank you, O Revered Reunion Team! Looking forward to seeing everyone in August. That means you, too, Marc Joseph.

Dante Gallucci, loved your blurb.

I am grateful to Reunion Committee members Carol Ann Wetmore and  Tony Procaccini  for tracking me down and informing me of the reunion. My family and I have plans over the reunion weekend. This means I will not participate. All the best, however.

I visit my parents in Trumbull at times. Mrs. Murphy, my kindergarten teacher from Fairfield Woods (when it was K - 8), lives in the complex where my parents live. Mrs. Murphy and I had the chance to meet in an elevator there earlier this year. How many of you recall Mrs. Murphy? I can name a few classmates who might remember.

If you ever venture to the REAL Rhode Island (Aquidneck Island, NOT the Providence Plantations), consider alerting me. I would enjoy the chance for us to see each other. My home is a bicycle ride away from the mansions (the Breakers, Marble House) along Bellevue Ave. My first exposure to RI was on a field trip with some Social Studies classmates.

Thanks to the Committee for opting for this web site! Smart idea.

Hi everyone, how are you? I have seen many of you throughout the years.

My family and I live in Oxford, CT. I still enjoy working with my art at home and camping with my children in the summer. Life is good, God is good! Looking forward to the next 30 years.

Though I will not be able to make this reunion, I'll try to make the next one.

God bless, have a great time!

It is hard to believe it has been 30 years since attending Warde. My family is still in Fairfield and in fact I just returned from a visit so I won't be able to make the reunion. SInce I have not been to any of the HS reunions I will give a quick update of the past 30 years, which have definitely treated my husband and me well.

After attending Southern Conneticut,  I went to Northwestern University for a Masters in Speech Pathology. During the first week I happened to run into Ira Fried, who was also starting at Northwestern, majoring in Economics. We stayed in the area after getting married, then moved to Minneapolis. Although the winters were cold there, it was a great place to live.

I attended the University of Minnesota at night and added an MBA to my list of educational accomplishments. We moved to Dallas after almost 5 years in Minneapolis and were there for only 2 years before moving to Stamford, CT. Our two boys, Alan and Sam, were born in the Nutmeg State. Five years later, we moved to Amherst, MA.

We thought and hoped that would be our last move as it seemed almost idyllic. However, given the constant changes in managed healthcare (Ira's area of expertise), it was not to be. So, a little over 4 years ago we moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan. It has been a great move for all of us; this city has something for each of us.

Ira got back into marathon running with his roommate from Northwestern, Alan, 13, receives pitching instruction from former major leaguer Jeff Zahn, and Sam, 10, is able to test out things until he finds his true passion. (Actually, he's wanted to be a movie director since he was 3 years old, so I think it is a matter of his age catching up with his interest). I am finally able to use my years of varied experience as a Speech Pathologist to my advantage in order to better balance home and work life. To that effect I just began a private practice. I also pursue my leisure passion of tennis and play in a local league.

Given all the benefits of Ann Arbor, we are hoping this was our last move. The boys are relatively young, so stability at this stage of their lives is important.

I hope everyone has a great time at the reunion and would love to hear from former classmates!

30 years... yikes!

I've stayed in Fairfield and have been married to Bruce Verrillo (Ludlowe 1977) for 18 years. We lived together for 10 years prior to our elopement in Maine. We share our home in Fairfield with two sweet, funny golden retrievers. No kids (by choice) and life is great.

I won't be attending the reunion, but I'm sure you will all have a blast!
